Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Firesale. Creating an account or connecting eBay means you agree to them.

The service

Firesale lists the items you upload using your eBay account, your photos, and AI-generated titles, descriptions and prices. You authorize us to create, update and end those listings on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

• You own, or have the right to sell, every item you upload.
• You ship sold items promptly and comply with eBay’s policies.
• You’re responsible for any taxes owed on your sales.
• You keep your account credentials secure.

What we do

We list your items, answer straightforward buyer questions when we are confident enough and pass the rest to you, put any buyer offer to you to accept or decline until you have set a price floor for that item, and notify you when a sale needs your attention. Prices come from real eBay comps but are only suggestions. You review and publish every listing yourself and can override the price before or after it goes live.

What we don’t do

We don’t guarantee any sale, sale price, or listing outcome, and we don’t insure shipments. eBay’s standard buyer and seller protections apply. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you’ve paid us (none on the free plan).

Fees

Firesale is currently free. You sell through your own eBay account and pay eBay’s standard selling fees on each sale. If we introduce our own fees, we’ll tell you clearly before they apply.

Termination

You can disconnect eBay or delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate eBay’s policies or abuse the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes update the “last updated” date above; continued use means you accept them.
